Three weeks ago I returned to work. This was the first time I saw anyone other than family or friends for the past eight months and to make matters worse, I was starting a new job. I wondered how would I find the “new me” when venturing into the world of being a working mum.
A new year is upon us and chances are you’ve resolved to be a better person or higher achiever in 2017. No matter what your goal is, a few simple changes to your routine could make you far more productive and therefore more likely to see positive results.

I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions and this is why, but I have vowed to make 2017 a year of positive change. From having to tolerate sexist ‘banter’ to earning less money than my male peers I‘ve experienced first-hand the impact of working in a male-dominated environment.
